Planar Forge

And so it was. *Raleigh appears outside of a forming blacksmiths shop. The thing is pretty open to the air with only two walls to speak of and they are being used to show examples of work the forge makes. Various weapons and armors of planar power hang around for customers to either buy or consider before placing their orders.* With one of my students being able to now cleave through dimensions it is probably time to start supplying this stuff. *His form shifts to a more muscular build with darker skin and a few spots where the flesh has obviously been burnt by sparks of hot metal and the like. Blacksmith typical clothing appears about himself as he walks in and fires up the forge.* Dum de dum... time to get to work.

*Callista, in the form of a small child in a three-piece royal blue suit, approaches and enters.*

Oi, Raleigh. You in there? There's something I'd like to commission from you.

[Raleigh]

Aye. Whatcha need?

A staff about... four and a half feet tall. The outside has to be coated with iron---your judgment as to how much---and there has to be something inside of it that I can channel my reality warping through. If possible I'd like a jewel of some kind on the tip, preferably one that won't break if I feel like smacking someone upside the head.

Any gem have special meaning to you or shall I just put any on there?

As long as it can serve as a magical focus, I guess it doesn't matter. ...Oh, right. Before I forget. As another requirement, could we have a core of mythril under the iron coating? I'm trying to make myself as big of a nuisance to the public as possible.

((OOC: Bit of a side note: I had this picture of Missy commissioned after the fact. I get the feeling she's tired of hanging around Callista here. >^_^< ))

I can do that pretty easily. No worries, a lot of gems are pretty good for channeling magic but I can just make one that is uniquely perfect for such things. Want any armor or anything too?

Hmm... ...maybe just something I can wear beneath my coat. Something that can neutralize kinetic impacts past anything a bulletproof vest could possibly stop.

[Raleigh]

Coming up then. Give me about five minutes for the armor and about twenty for the staff. The need to make the crystal will make that one take a bit longer. *Turns to the forge to start working.*

*"Callista" nods, then closes her eyes and falls asleep standing up.*

[Raleigh]

*After the allotted time, Raleigh tries to get 'Callista's' attention.* Alright, here we are. This should do what you want it to. *He sets the staff down on top of a set of armor.*

Hm... depends on how you would prefer to pay. GP, Gil, Obsidian chits, Bits, Zenny, Spirit Stones, Mana Gems, Dollars (Canadian and US), Yen, so on and so forth are all accepted here.

Ehh, about ten thousand I believe. A third of that is just for the gem.
