From what I can tell, it's talking about some sort of meet-and-greet. *frowns* Some of what it says is confusing.

Well, it's talking about 'filling up the dossiers'. No clue what that means. Then it looks like a lot of names on this list I've never even met before. I mean, who the @$&*%@'s Acutus?

Cynth: Dragon girl ex-warlord who's basically a walking Blue Shard. Tried to seduce Ellen and Callista, said 'hi' to a lake that wasn't there five minutes previous, got pulled out a year later, had the riot act read to her by Raleigh, got Jusenkyo-cursed to turn into a sheep girl, and later joined the Brotherhood. You met her today, I think.

*blinks owlishly* ...Well, that answers that. But there's still that 'dossier' part I don't get.
