Well, granted my instincts and the Force were screaming at me to get away from there. And my guide kept on chattering at me about something or other and wouldn't shut up, and because of those factors I was losing control pretty quickly. So I tried giving her brain a telepathic poke to get her to stop, but she instinctively Force-pushed me away without meaning to. So when it came to landing in the springs, well... to borrow a Dwarf Fortress meme, "it was inevitable."

Hm, I can't say I blame her in that case... So, that's how you wound up like this. Did anything exciting happen afterward?

And speaking of Callista... *disbelieving tone* What's this I've been hearing about her gaining control of the Brotherhood from Caprice?

*Circe nods.* Yeah, that happened. I think they're planning to hold some kind of meeting to announce their plans at some point soon...

*Circe shrugs.* I don't know, maybe? Sounds plausible enough to me, anyway. I can't imagine she suddenly has a serious interest in waging war on skirts, or whatever it was the old Brotherhood actually did...

I think it was half that, half an excuse to have a lot of infighting, and half a reason to blow up a lot of stuff, if I remember the old stories correctly. You've seen Acey's old Spamville comics, right? That's the sort of stuff that used to happen.

Ah, right. That does seem a bit more like her, at least on the explosion side of things... Either way, I expect we'll hear more about her plans soon enough.
